Installing Picasa 3.0 (beta) on Ubuntu 8.10

First go here and download the Picasa .deb package for Ubuntu. Make sure you choose the i386 version.

Once you have the .deb package, double-click on it to start installation. After the installation is complete you can open Picasa by going to Applications -> Graphics -> Picasa.
