Installing the Opera web-browser on Ubuntu 8.10

First download the latest version of Opera from the Opera website.

After the .deb package has been downloaded, double-click on it to start installation. Any additional packages required will be automatically downloaded by installed.

Once the installation is complete, you can run Opera by going to Applications -> Internet -> Opera.
